Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times :

  • Standard Shipping : 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping : 3–5 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carriers issus, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Carriers
We use major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used will depend on your location and the shipping option selected.


International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to select international destinations.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note : International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Swisswat is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
