All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the checkout page for current promotions.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. SwissWat is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Returns Policy
Return Window
We want you to love your SwissWat jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the gift box.
- The GRA certificate must be included with the return.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@swisswat.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@swisswat.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
